99.9% Server Uptime Guarantee

If your site isn't available 99.9% of the time within a given month, we will give you a pro-rated credit for the time. Wesfed provides 99.9% network uptime guarantee on all web hosting plans. In the event that your web site is available for less than 99.9%, Wesfed will credit the following month's service fee. While server issues resulting in downtime are rare, we admit that short lapses in service can happen. If they do, you shouldn't have to pay! We stand behind our network reliability by offering you a pro-rated credit for any downtime outside of our 99.9% guaranteed limit.

Note: This guarantee applies only to unscheduled outages. From time to time, planned server maintenance may be necessary. In all but the most urgent cases, we send out notification emails telling customers of the maintenance and scheduled downtime that is to take place. When notice is sent at least two hours prior to service interruption, the downtime does not qualify for our uptime guarantee.
