Web Design is the appearance and perception of a given website. People nowadays use the internet for everything. When someone stumbles across your website, what do they think? Do they think "Wow, this product is just what I've been looking for!"? Or do they think "This business doesn't look very professional.. I think I may risk my money elsewhere."? Believe it or not, the design of a website instantly tells your users if you're the real deal, or another scam waiting to happen.

A poor design can lead to many unwanted results with your potential customers. You wouldn't leave your in-person store a mess would you? Of course not because this would leave a bad impression on anyone who walked through your door. Your website is just the same, only greatly magnified. More people will learn about you online than anywhere else and it is very important to have a professional online presence as well as an in-person one.
