In order for us to transfer your files from your old host to your Wesfed Hosting account, you will need to send an email to transfers@wesfed.com. In the email please provide your old account's hosting information (hostname, username and password) as well as your Wesfed Hosting account's information.

After we receive the email, we will respond with a timeframe of when the file/account transfer will be made.
