After ordering a hosting plan that includes an SSL Certificate and/or Dedicated IP for free, you will need to send us a request in order to active them. To do so, simply send a support ticket to our Sales Department (sales@wesfed.com) with your order number and the domain name for this feature to be added to.

Once we receive the ticket, we will set everything up and notify you when it is all ready.
